I feel privileged to be a part of the teaching learning process which takes place at St. Xavier’s Academy, which has a long history and a rich legacy. We, teachers and staff, envision overall development of each and every student of this school, by keeping in mind the motto of the institution, “For God and Country”.

St. Xavier’s Academy possesses a student- friendly culture, qualified, committed teachers, studious and disciplined students. As a united Xavier family, with passion, we strive to train students and mould them to be worthy citizens who are compassionate, conscious, competent and would serve as “men and women for others”.

The torch of learning has been lit in Latehar for years for the quality education and value based character formation of children who come from different strata of society. The administration dreams of St. Xavier’s Academy to grow and continue to be a temple of excellence in the days to come. We strive to impart values and virtues other than skills and knowledge in students. The tireless efforts of the teachers and staff have been rewarded by the keen enthusiasm shown by the students and the parents.
